Our manufacturing facility is certified to the globally recognized Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2000 and CE. This standard covers all facets of factory operation, requires the use of a Quality Manual, and ensures that procedures and processes are planned, operated and controlled. This standard also necessitates factory personnel are trained and periodically audited.
During the manufacturing process, LYG Series AC Generator Components are checked and tested at various steps as they move from one station to the next. Once all generator components have been integrated, final tests are conducted to verify electrical and mechanical integrity, and to ensure the generator meets or exceeds the specified characteristics. Serialized testing data is archived at the factory, and can be supplied upon request. Unless otherwise specified, all tests are performed according to IEC-34. Testing to NEMA MG1, IEEE-115, specific marine classification society or specialized testing is available upon request.
